To establish sound management for sustainable development, effectively integrate and implement sustainability policies, VisEra established a Sustainability Development Committee to assist in promoting and supervising sustainability goals, management policies, and specific plans, thereby deepening corporate sustainability governance.
VisEra has incorporated the Sustainability Development Committee (The Committee) into its functional committees, holding at least one meeting annually. The Committee is responsible for reviewing the company's sustainability implementation and performance, supervising sustainability information disclosure, and reviewing the sustainability report. The ESG Committee assists the Committee in establishing sustainability development policies and implementing various initiatives, organizing cross-departmental teams to consolidate execution plans or other sustainability-related matters. The ESG Committee and cross-departmental teams hold regular quarterly meetings to track progress toward goals, formulate ESG action plans, and develop continuous improvement measures, while reporting execution results to the Committee.
