The year 2025 marks the 12th anniversary of the Corporate Governance Evaluation since the FSC launched it in 2014. To date, VisEra has participated in the evaluation three times. In 2023, we attended the Corporate Governance Evaluation for the first time and achieved an outstanding rank of top 6%–20% among all public listing companies. In 2024 and 2025, aside from remaining in the same ranking, our total scores have also steadily improved year by year.
VisEra's cross-department "Corporate Governance Task Force" holds routine monthly meetings convened by the corporate governance officer to systematically review, track, and monitor the achievement of each indicator. Through the collective review of diverse professional perspectives, we ensure the practice of our unwavering commitment to governance excellence.
As the Corporate Governance Evaluation draws to a close in 2025, it has officially transitioned into the "ESG Evaluation" in 2026. At this juncture of transition, VisEra deeply understands that sustainable development is a long-term commitment. We will embrace the new 2026 system as an opportunity to continuously achieve breakthroughs and deeply integrate ESG concepts into our corporate operational strategies, aiming to further deepen our sustainability practices and create long-term corporate value for all stakeholders.
