Promoting Massage Services by the Visually Impaired to Strengthen Employee Care and Satisfaction

Upholding the ESG principle of Social responsibility, VisEra launched massage services provided by visually impaired therapists in 2023. Through concrete actions, the initiative supports employment opportunities for the visually impaired, promotes social inclusion, and enhances employees' workplace health and well-being. This service not only offers stable job opportunities for visually impaired massage therapists but also allows employees to enjoy professional and effective physical and mental relaxation amid their busy work schedules.

In 2025, a total of 254 employees participated in the massage service, with 1,166 massage sessions delivered in total and an overall participation rate of 16.5%, demonstrating strong acceptance and genuine demand among employees. Employee satisfaction survey results reached an impressive 4.8 out of 5, with employees widely praising the therapists' professional skills and high-quality service. The massages were reported to significantly relieve physical tension and stress, and many employees expressed hope that the company will further increase service frequency and availability in the future.

Through this initiative, the company successfully integrates employee care with support for disadvantaged groups, demonstrating a long-term commitment to social responsibility and sustainable values, while continuing to build a friendly, diverse, and people-centered workplace.
