VisEra Technology identifies supplier risks using a Supplier Sustainability Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ). Its audit team assesses seven key areas — Supply Chain Risk, Quality & Reliability, Labor & Human Rights, Environmental Health & Safety, Management Systems, Ethical Standards, and Information Security — through on-site or remote audits. In 2025, 12 suppliers (including raw material, RBA service, and equipment component vendors) were audited, yielding 16 nonconformities and 76 recommendations. All 16 nonconformities required corrective action and have been resolved as of December 30, 2025. The audit process improves visibility into supplier risks, strengthens sustainability management, and reduces potential environmental and social impacts.
